· Provide critical oversight and support by managing, balancing, and coordinating with system project teams to optimize the Company’s short and long-term capital work plans.
· Track external pipeline maintenance plans, and incorporate into National Grids outage planning.
· Ensure that system integrity is not compromised through the construction season, and prepared for winter operations
· Provide direct feedback to engineering colleagues during the design phase of projects to mitigate overall project risk when/where possible.
· Perform data requests and analyses to support the Control Center Leadership decision-making.
· Provide data and technical support to Gas System Operators and external stakeholders.
· Follow up and drive resolution of operational issues and problems.
· Provide input for system additions/modifications.
· Provide support in the development and implementation of the Control Center SCADA Simulators.
· Work with Gas Control Leadership and CNI to update SCADA displays.
· Assist in the preparation of Control Room Management compliance audits.
· Develop reports on large system disturbances or other events as required.
· Manage significant Control Center projects.
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in order to share best practices, drive consistency, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
