Our Team
We improve the GRID reliability to make outages less frequent and of shorter duration.
What You'll Do
- Analyze data trends to identify trends and patterns to drive decisions aimed at improving reliability metrics including SADI, SAIFI, CEMI, SELID, and CAIDI
- Ensure all regulatory filings are submitted accurately and on time
- Keep the entire organization informed of system and regional reliability in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure accurate and reliable reliability data by overseeing the collection, validation and use of the information contained in the database
- Identify key drivers of poor reliability performance to drive well-informed asset management decisions and programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Create automated workflows and dashboards for regularly checked metrics
- Lead reliability meetings to drive data driven decisions
- Maintain databases for contacting appropriate parties during outages
- Create dynamic dashboards to enable more self-served driven decisions
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 3+ years of electrical engineering experience required
- Knowledge of industry standards, electrical systems and best practices in reliability engineering required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) required
- PowerBI preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
Salary
$105,000 - $124,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
