We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Content Transformation team, where you will advise clients in their Marketing and content agenda, and AI transformation in the intersection of strategy and delivery across a range of industry areas. You will partner with senior Accenture Song leaders to define the vision, purpose and strategic ambitions of client’s customer-centric transformation (across Marketing, Content, MarTech and other customer-centric departments)As a Content Transformation Manager, we’re looking for you to have relevant expertise in Consulting, Strategy and/or Operations within a Marketing context. You’ll have the ability to implement and deliver on client strategy in the marketing transformation space (whether through capability mobilisation and/or MarTech delivery)
Ideally you'll have experience of working with some of the following MarTech solutions from a business angle such as: Adobe, Workfront, SalesForce, DAM & CMS tools (including their latest GenAI/AI capabilities)

As a Content Transformation Manager, you will:- Take responsibility for leadingand managingprojectworkstreams as part of larger client projects-guidingsmall to medium sized teamsto deliver high-quality outcomes
- Developprojectdeliverables and frameworks that shape both marketing and content transformation and deliver measurable impact
- Adviseclientson the strategic applicationof Generative AIand agentic technologies across people,processand technologytoidentifyand unlock opportunities that deliver genuine, bottom-line impact
- Supportbusiness developmentactivities- shaping winning proposals from RFIs to RFPs, including commercial scoping and pricing
- Harness and contribute to the development of leading Accenture Song tools and frameworks to support Operating Model Design, Content Journey Mapping & Process Transformation, Standing up / Optimising Content Production & Operations, Content Intelligence & Optimisation, Content Platform Strategy (e.g. Vendor Analysis)
- Build strong internal networks and relationships, supporting opportunity origination, knowledge sharing and community building through side of desk activities
- Shape the futureof marketingre-invention,working with our clients to develop a roadmap of change that helps them to drive growth,brandperformanceandnew ways of working
- Combine human ingenuity with technology to make change happen in practice, supporting the people who work in our client businesses to navigate and thrive through times of change

QualificationWho will you be?- You’ll bring significant experiencein a similar consulting, strategy and/or content/marketing transformation role, either from a consultancy or agency background.
- Solid strategy experience advising clients on how they can reshape their Marketing and/or Content capabilities
- Proven ability todesign and lead complex marketing or experience transformation projects, managing significant multidisciplinary teams and handling program financials
- Strong capability indiagnosing client needs, analysing market trends, shaping marketingstrategiesand advising on execution requirements across tech, data,creativeand AI
- Ability toidentifygrowth opportunities and tie these to clear client value cases impacting marketing bottom line
- You’ll have the ability and experience of building existing client relationships in relevant industries
- Experience inany of the following sectors:Resources (Energy), Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communication, Media, Entertainment and Technologywith FTSE 100 clients
