What we are looking for:We are seeking anarticulateSolution Architect specialising in Salesforcewithin the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background ineitherinsurance (P&C, Health), banking or wealth/ investmentsand experience of how toleverageSalesforce for valuein these sectors.Youwillknow how to use Salesforce to creatively design,explain,prototype and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges.
This is a lead roleand requiresstrong consulting behaviours,deep understanding ofanindustryverticaland the ability to design and implement innovative solutions on Salesforce that meet our clients' needs.

As aSolution Architect, you will:- Clearlybe able to articulate the solution to stakeholders anddemonstrateeffectiveobjectivehandling.
- Design and implement Salesforcesolutions usingIndustries&Financial Services Cloud (FSC)forwealthmanagement and investmentclients.
- Lead client stakeholders to gather process andtranslate them into technical solutions.
- Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Keep informed about the latest SalesforceFinancial Servicesfeatures and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
- Gainadditionalskills in solutioning, project management and client engagement through practical experience and training.
- Embed AI into your thinking whenbuildingout industry solutions
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- Experience with Salesforce Industriesor Financial Services Cloud
- Proven hands-on experienceleadingtechnical engagements througharchitecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce
- Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, andmanagement skills.A background in consulting or leading teams isrequired.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer,AgentforceSpecialist).
Qualifications:- Proventrack recordof successful Salesforceimplementationsin financial services organisations.
- Minimum of3years of experience in a similar role.
