As a team...You'll be joining our Commerce team within Accenture Song UKI, a dynamic group at the forefront of digital innovation. We're passionate about creating next-generation customer experiences, and we believe that generative AI and agentic commerce are key to unlocking the future of online shopping across a variety of industries. Our team is a mix of strategists, product owners, designers, and engineers, and we're looking for a Product Manager to help us turn our ambitious vision into reality, as we prepare for a future of autonomous shopping and AI-driven personalization.
As a GenAI and Agentic Commerce Product Manager you will...- Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs and define the product vision and strategy for our GenAI and Agentic Commerce solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into user stories and a prioritized product backlog.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features for the development team, ensuring that we are building the right solutions to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and agentic commerce and champion their adoption within the team and with our clients.
- Advise clients and internal teams on how to leverage the latest Agentic Commerce trends to drive business value.
Skills and experience...We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Proven experience in a product management role.
- A solid understanding of generative AI and agentic concepts and their potential applications in commerce.
- A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and its underlying technologies, including the wider commerce tech landscape (e.g., PIM, DAM, CMS, CDP).
- A deep understanding of commerce capabilities such as digital shelf optimisation, merchandising, trading, and commerce analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Set yourself apart...- Hands-on experience building proof-of-concepts and agents using no-code/low-code or enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
- A portfolio of thought leadership content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, presentations) on the topic of Agentic Commerce or related fields.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects.
- A professional certification in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in the retail or CPG industry.

QualificationCore Qualifications- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within digital, e‑commerce, or technology‑driven environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, and their practical applications within commerce.
- Solid knowledge of the e‑commerce ecosystem, including technologies such as PIM, DAM, CMS, and CDP platforms.
- Deep expertise in key commerce capabilities-including digital shelf optimisation, merchandising, trading, and commerce analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Proven ability to define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Ability to stay current on emerging AI and commerce trends and champion their adoption with clients and teams.
Preferred / Distinguishing Qualifications- Practical experience building proof‑of‑concepts or AI agents using no‑code/low‑code or enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
- A portfolio of thought leadership content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, conference presentations) on Agentic Commerce, GenAI, or related innovation areas.
- Experience contributing to or leading large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
- Professional certifications in product or agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe PM/PO).
- Industry experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
