Job Summary
As a Senior HR Operations Specialists in the APAC Human Resources Function you will be reporting to the Regional HR Director, APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for the HRIS ( Workday ) for the region and the HR operational support across various business lines, which includes, but not limited to, preparation of employment contract, onboarding and offboarding, employee welfare, payroll administration, policy review, governance and administration, benefits administration and employee performance tracking & reporting programs in the APAC HR Office.
Delivering strong HR support plays a critical role in the growth of our business and helps to build a connection between our management and employees who are the most valuable asset in our organization. Positive relationship begins way before employees first day of employment, it is built gradually from their recruitment experience too. Beyond the main operational responsibility in the Singapore regional office, you will also be given the opportunity to manage multi countries, cross APAC and additional projects and initiatives such as Sustainability Development, Diversity & Inclusion, in the various global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
In charge of administering the employees’ full life cycle from recruitment to exit / retirement
Responsible for on & offboarding, employee life cycle, performance review cycle, HRIS Audit & management, Payrolling, Policy review and updates, government surveys submission, Compliance of Local HR practices to Labour law, HR related reports, Benefits & Compensation review & administration.
Maintain audit, data integrity of APAC HRIS system ( Workday )
Support HR initiatives such as Benefits administration
Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll supporting documents for Singapore & Brunei employees
Support Finance on Tax related payrolling inputs
Process and administer employee queries, medical benefits requests and claims
Provide support on industrial relations matters and collective agreement negotiation
Organize employee engagement & welfare programs, Sustainability Development initiative for Singapore
Champion DE&I at the regional & provide event guidance to countries in APAC
Any other HR duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Business / Human Resources Management discipline
Strong knowledge on local labour law, policies and practices
Experience in payroll processing and knowledge in related legislations
Strong IT knowledge in MS Office Applications, Workday system, Microsoft Excel
At least 5 - 8 years of multi country, HR operations experience with strong hands on HR systems & knowledge
Several years of experience & strong knowledge in using HRIS / MS Office applications ie Workday, Oracle and Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
