Job Summary
Are you currently in your final year studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline seeking an internship within a dynamic, international organization.
Join our APAC Regional HR team for a 6-month internship and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations and projects, supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries.
You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience across key HR lifecycle activities, while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a HR Intern, you will support and participate in projects including, but not limited to:
Pre-onboarding support for new employees
Assist with new joiner preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
Support smooth onboarding experiences
Employee engagement, experience & events management
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events
Support activities that promote collaboration, inclusion, and positive employee experience
HR administration & process support
Support HR administration
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Improve and propose work processes for automation and scalability
Compensation & Benefit support
Collate and validate compensation data during C&B core cycle
Research market practices.
Support ongoing C&B programs, initiatives and new projects.
Ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications:
Final year graduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working with basic HR systems and MS Office tools
