Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- People management experience within a quota-carrying team.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
- Experience selling business intelligence and cloud technologies to clients.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
- Experience selling the AI technology stack.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.

Responsibilities
- Coach the team to identify, advance, and win opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth. You are a player-coach, directly involved in customer engagements.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with your team, and influence long-term direction for new and existing customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth
- Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure development and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
- Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
