As a Client Manager you will:- Engagewithmarketingleadership teams to explore their vision and purpose, in order to drive businessobjectivesand strategies.
- Manageclientsto build strong and enduring, trusted relationships - building our business with existing clients and winning new clients.
- Supportbusiness development activities including proposal development and delivery.
- Partner with other capabilities across Accenture to architect and deliver end-to-end marketing-ledtransformations.
- Assess organisationalcapability gapsin areas such as Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Omnichannel Strategy, Customer Engagement and Digital
- Lead client projects to shape and co-create Capability Strategies, Operating models, Transformational roadmaps and Change Management programmes which drive growth and improve performance in teams, to deliver tangible results.
- Manage client project commercials, timelines and deliverables, demonstrating excellent project management skills and experience.
- Support our continued business growth agenda and contributeto ourMarketing Advisoryteam spirit,communityandculture.
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- Previousexperience gained in a similar Client Management or Seniorclient-sidemarketingroleand/or marketing agencyor consultancy.
- Expertiseand experience acrossanumber ofmarketingareas such as insight, strategy and planning,innovation, digital, content or campaigndevelopment and management
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially astute with strong business and commercial acumen and experience of managing a P&L
- The ability todemonstratean understanding/appreciation of how to build client relationships and create client centric solutions.
- Experience in leading a teamin a functional or matrixedstructure.
- The ability to influence, collaborate,partnerand buildproductive workingrelationships, to shape a compelling future vision for Marketing.
Ideally, we are looking for individuals with experience in Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, FinancialServices, Consumer Goods and Communications, Media and / or Technology.What’sin it for you.At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes up to 30 days’ vacation per year, gym subsidy, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
