Job description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager with a proven track record in leading S/4 migration projects and driving transformations in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in shaping and selling S/4 transformations, conducting discovery assessments, analyzing conversion options, and providing informed recommendations to clients. Familiarity with RISE with SAP offers and the ability to guide clients in determining the best deployment approach are essential. The successful candidate should possess a creative mindset, capable of navigating uncertainty and developing tailored approaches to meet clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities: - Shape and sell S/4 transformations to clients, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, and propose tailored SAP solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive S/4 discovery assessments, evaluating clients' existing systems, processes, and data. Identify key pain points, opportunities for improvement, and potential benefits of migrating to S/4 HANA.
- Analyze all available options for S/4 conversion, such as greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid approaches. Assess the advantages, risks, and cost implications of each option, and provide informed recommendations to clients for their decision-making.
- Lead and manage S/4 migration projects for clients in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries. Drive the end-to-end implementation of S/4 transformations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives and budgets.
- Stay updated on RISE with SAP offerings and guide clients in determining the best deployment approach. Provide insights and assistance in leveraging RISE with SAP capabilities to optimize clients' S/4 transformations.
- Ideate and shape new, innovative, and highly customized approaches to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges. Navigate uncertainty and develop creative solutions that deliver maximum value and impact.
- Build strong client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and communicate complex concepts convincingly. Manage stakeholders at all levels, address concerns, and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior client personnel, showcasing the value and benefits of SAP solutions.
- Lead commercial activities, including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for High-Tech industries.
- Understand clients' operations and align SAP solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor SAP professionals, foster collaboration, and drive high performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries. Develop thought leadership content, contribute to industry forums, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
QualificationNecessary Knowledge / Skills:- SAP-accredited or certified experience.
- Demonstrable, extensive experience in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities, including SAC planning and Group Reporting modules. Additionally, a good knowledge and experience on Real Estate vertical would be an asset.
- Current knowledge of finance processes for Communication, Media and Technology businesses with a keen understanding of their specific ERP and finance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g. S/4 HANA Finance) would be a plus.
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge of German or French would be an asset.
