We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design and delivery of competitive, equitable, and transparent compensation programs at Viridien. This role will primarily support the EAME (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) region, while also contributing to global compensation initiatives and transformation projects.
As part of our Global Compensation Team, you will play a key role in shaping how Viridien rewards performance and supports talent attraction and retention. Acting as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, you will enable data-driven pay decisions aligned with our values, governance, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Core Compensation
Conduct job evaluations and analyze internal equity and external market data.
Support the design and administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and annual salary review cycles.
Participate in compensation surveys (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry) and assess market competitiveness.
Support annual merit and bonus planning in line with budgets and governance.
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on competitive and equitable salary offers.
Deliver compensation modeling, cost analyses, and scenario planning.
Ensure compliance with pay transparency requirements and local labor laws.
Maintain and enhance compensation tools and reporting (Excel, Workday).
Incentives & Global Rewards
Support annual STI and LTI processes, including calculations, validation, and reporting.
Contribute to incentive plan reviews and communication materials.
Provide analytical support for international mobility, expatriate, and localization scenarios.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to global initiatives such as Pay Transparency, Job Architecture, and Workday implementation or optimization.
Deliver ad hoc analyses (e.g., cost simulations, benchmarking, retention modeling).
Support the development of compensation policies, documentation, and training resources.
Partner cross-functionally to promote consistent and transparent pay practices globally.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or HR analytics.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; Workday experience is a plus.
Experience with compensation surveys (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry).
Familiarity with job architecture frameworks (Mercer preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in global and mobility-related projects.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
