You’ll be joining a talented team of Digital Product professionals who own different aspects of the customer journey and proposition, delivering real value through technology.
Bring your critical thinking skills to help define and guide the successful delivery of our payments roadmap. Unlock new opportunities to help us create seamless, safe and convenient purchasing experiences across all channels.
You’ll also explore innovative solutions that drive customer value and strengthen our multichannel proposition.
As Product Manager in this space, you will own and evolve the strategy for how customers complete their purchases across digital touchpoints. This role is pivotal in ensuring frictionless, secure, and innovative payment experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver the checkout and payments roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager to shape the vision and prioritise initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and our partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Champion customer understanding by leveraging research, analytics and feedback to inform decisions.
- Ensure alignment with other Product Managers to maintain parity and consistency in the overall proposition.
- Monitor performance of checkout and payment flows, identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in payments, security and checkout UX to keep our proposition competitive.
What we'll look for in you
Proven track record in product management, ecommerce and ideally payments and checkout flows.
