Julie Sweet, Accenture CEOWhat you will do...As a Client Partner, you’ll lead one of our most significant and high-profile client relationships: a global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. Sitting at the heart of our partnership as their Digital Customer Agency, you’ll drive transformation and innovation across loyalty, CRM, and digital engagement.
You’ll act as a trusted senior advisor, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver work that moves people and drives measurable impact.

Client Leadership & Relationship Management- Act as the senior point of contact for the client, nurturing trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Champion the client’s digital vision, aligning TMW’s output with their long-term business goals.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and influence at the highest level.
Team Leadership & Collaboration- Inspire and mentor a core client services and project management team of 10 people, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Oversee and create alignment across a wider multi-disciplinary team of around 30 specialists in strategy, creative, data, technology, and production.
- Nurture relationships with our global community partners across Accenture. Collaborating to drive cross-market learning and efficiencies.
Strategic Direction & Innovation- Define and drive digital customer strategies that elevate engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging behavioural insight, data, and emerging technology.
- Turn complex business challenges into actionable, measurable solutions that deliver impact.
Commercial & Growth Accountability- Own the commercial health of the account, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth, both for TMW and the client.
- Lead growth opportunities with the immediate client team and beyond, representing TMW at the most senior levels.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership and positioning with this client, helping shape our reputation as digital customer experts.
QualificationWhat you will need to succeed ...We’re looking for a seasoned leader with significant years of experience in client services, digital marketing, and CRM - someone who combines strategic intelligence with creative ambition and operational excellence.
You’ll bring:
- Deep CRM, loyalty, and digital expertise, with a proven record of delivering data-driven experiences at scale.
- Extensive experience leading senior client relationships, including at C-suite level.
- Natural gravitas, credibility, and confidence to influence key decisions.
- Proven leadership skills, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver at pace and quality.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Strategic agility - able to set long-term direction while driving immediate impact.
- Energy, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors (highly desirable).
