The EMEA ISV Team provides go-to-market support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) global ISV partners across EMEA, and develops Google Cloud’s EMEA ISV partner ecosystem. We work closely with Google Cloud’s sales, product management, engineering, marketing, and all customer-facing organizations to develop integration of our ISV partners with GCP, and to accelerate our partners’ growth.
In this role, you will own and accelerate our strategic partnership with Google Cloud. You will be responsible for managing a partner's entire presence as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Marketplace.
You will be the driving force behind our marketplace strategy, from listing optimization and relationship management to enabling co-selling motions with Google's global sales teams. Your ultimate goal is to establish the GCP Marketplace as a significant revenue-generating channel for this partner.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ISV partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market plans, including goal customer identification, joint value proposition articulation, and aligned sales processes.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key sales and business development stakeholders within assigned ISV partner organizations.
- Identify and qualify co-selling opportunities by understanding the complementary nature of our solutions and the ISV's offerings.
- Facilitate alignment between our sales teams and our ISV partners' sales teams, ensuring effective communication, shared understanding of goal accounts, and coordinated business efforts.
- Participate in joint business calls, presentations, and customer engagements with ISV partners to present a unified value proposition. Also Track and manage a joint business pipeline with ISV partners, ensuring accurate forecasting and progress towards shared business goals.
