SAP at Dunelm We’re seeking a skilled SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to lead functional design, configuration, and support for our evolving HR systems.
Our People systems landscape consists of SAP HCM/Payroll and several other 3rd party solutions. Our plan is to replace this with SAP SuccessFactors as an integrated HCM Enterprise Suite solution.
The SAP HCM system for the past few years has been undergoing a major transformation to take it from just servicing payroll for over 12,000 colleagues to being a master source of people data to support interfaces into other systems currently including, time and attendance, learning, expenses, the company portal and many others.
Also, ongoing work is in progress to position the data within the system to be moved to SuccessFactors implementation.
What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in supporting the People and Payroll teams by leveraging your expertise in SAP solutions across various components of Payroll and HR processes. You will collaborate with Line of Business departments to facilitate the effective implementation of system changes, ensuring alignment with operational needs and compliance requirements.
You will be a member of a small hybrid team providing functional consultancy to business stakeholders, taking a lead role in the design of providing new functionality, module configuration, integration with SAP & non-SAP applications, supporting BAU activities and supporting the delivery manager to co-ordinate system maintenance activities with other teams that provide development and Basis support.
This role is a functional role and as such covers most of the activities involved in supporting the existing system, developing new functionality and knowledge transfer/training to other team members and the wider business community.
This role will be critical for the migration from SAP HCM/Payroll to SuccessFactors and additional modules on the roadmap.
What we'll look for in you
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
Essential Skills: - Deep expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules covering: Payroll, Benefits, Time Recording, Personnel Administration, Org Management.
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and migration.
Desirable Skills: - Exposure to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules covering Time Management, Learning, Recruitment, Talent Management.
- Familiarity with Jira (Kanban), Microsoft Access, and data analysis tools.
Qualifications: - Relevant SAP certifications (optional but recommended).
