As a Manager in Marketing Advisory you will:- Engagewith marketing leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose for the function in driving business objectives and strategies
- Manage clients to build strong and enduring, trusted relationships - building our business with existing clients and winning new clients
- Support business development activities including proposal development and delivery
- Lead engagements with marketing leadership teams to define their vision for a marketing function transformed byGenerative AI, focusing on its impact across people, processes, and technology.
- Act as the key client advisor who can cut through industry hype and half-truths, guiding them to unlock tangible, bottom-line value fromagentic and AI technologies.
- Partner with other capabilities across Accenture and our Ecosystem partners to architect and deliver end-to-end marketing-led transformations
- Assess organisational capability gapsin areas such as Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Omnichannel Strategy, Customer Engagement, Digital & AI
- Lead client projects to shape and co-create Capability Strategies, Operating Models, Transformational Roadmaps and Change Management programmesto drive organisational growth and performance improvement in teams to deliver tangible results
- Manage client project commercials, timelines and deliverables, demonstrating excellent project management skills
- Support our continued business growth agenda and contribute to our Marketing Advisory team spirit, community andculture
We are looking for experience in the following skills:As a Client Manager you will lead client relationships, projects and drive business development. You will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialisation. The sheer variety of work we do, and the experience it offers, provide an unbeatable platform from which to further build your career.
- 5-7 years previous experience gained in a senior client-side marketing role and/or marketing agency or marketing consultancy
- Expertise across marketing, with a strong, opinionated perspective on howGenerative AIis reshaping insight, strategy, content, and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Experience in advising clients on the transformative impact ofGenerative AI and agentic technologieson marketing capabilities, coupled with practical, hands-on knowledge in areas such asprompt engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to make complex technological concepts simple and compelling for senior leadership.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing a P&L
- Able to demonstrate an understanding/appreciation of how to build client relationships and create client centric solutions
- Experience in leading a team in a functional or matrixed structure
- Commercially astute with good business acumen
- Ability to influence, collaborate, partner and build productive working relationships
- Ability to shape a compelling future vision for Marketing, with a clear point of view on howagentic technologieswill redefine operating models and customer experiences
