About the Role:We’re seeking a Learning Business Interlock to support the design and delivery of impactful training strategies for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with client stakeholders to assess learning needs, develop tailored training plans, and implement scalable, innovative learning solutions. You’ll also lead key projects, contribute to annual planning, and help measure program effectiveness. This role has a specific focus on leadership development and technical training.
Key Responsibilities:Training Strategy & Implementation- Contribute to the definition and rollout of client training and development strategies
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and performance goals
- Develop role-based training plans aligned with client business objectives
- Design and architect end-to-end learning solutions that balance innovation, practicality, and budget
- Observe sessions and analyse feedback to ensure high-quality delivery
Stakeholder & Project Management- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including SMEs, content owners, and business sponsors
- Ensure alignment across teams using clear communication, planning tools, and defined roles/timelines
- Manage multiple learning initiatives and adjust plans based on changing priorities
- Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics teams to track progress, evaluate success, and provide insights
Annual Planning- Support the annual planning process by aligning learning programs with client goals
- Monitor progress and recommend adjustments throughout the year
QualificationRequired Skills & Experience:- Extensive experience in Learning Operations, Service Delivery, or related roles
- Experience in Leadership Development preferred
- Project Management experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing learning projects with tools like MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of learning strategies, instructional design, and performance consulting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
