Job DescriptionReporting to the UK-Sweden Marketing lead, the Field Marketing Associate Manager will drive demand and pipeline growth across the UK and Sweden for Microsoft products and IT services to our prospective clients.
This generalist role will cover a broad variety of high-impact, measurable marketing programs tailored to local market needs, to:
- Elevate and strengthen our brand positioning
- Support pipeline growth through demand generation campaigns and events
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to our clients and prospects
In this role, you will operate as a critical bridge between sales and marketing. You’ll be an active part of a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team in a global IT consulting company that thrives on excellence, agility, and delivering results.
Key responsibilities:- Design and run integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ABM, executive events, webinars, content syndication, etc.) that directly influence pipeline and revenue targets in the UK and Sweden.
- Translate global campaigns into localized (UK and Sweden) ones, leveraging digital, content, and event tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of decision-makers at every stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate closely with sales and the wider business teams to align on priorities and target accounts.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to support lead qualification and nurturing, ensuring seamless follow-up and progression through the funnel.
- Partner with key technology vendors and partners (e.g., Microsoft) on co-branded campaigns and joint go-to-market campaigns.
- Manage agencies and 3rd party vendors, ensuring cost- and time-effective delivery of high-quality results contributing to your KPIs.
- Drive the client evidence process in close collaboration with the business, and in some cases directly with the client, to continuously identify new opportunities for (public) client stores.
- Measure, track, report on, and optimize campaign performance; lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI, using marketing insights dashboards and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Contribute to knowledge and best practice sharing with other regional field marketers and the wider marketing organisation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to continuously inspire and engage clients and prospects.
QualificationJob qualifications:- B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in demand generation, field marketing, and/or campaign management.
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel, data-driven marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in or with IT consulting, professional services, or technology firms, ideally with exposure to Microsoft or cloud ecosystems.
- Business acumen and comfort working closely with sales, including understanding of funnel metrics, account strategies, and sales cycles.
- Knowledge of the UK market is required; familiarity with the Swedish market is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) to execute, analyse, and optimize marketing activities.
