Position SummaryWe are seeking a
Senior Manager - Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions for our clients, helping them optimize marketing spend, drive growth, and transform their marketing performance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading MMM engagements, delivering strategic insights, and managing cross-functional teams to create business value through data-driven marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Marketing Mix Modelling engagements: Drive end-to-end delivery of MMM projects across industries such as CPG, retail, tech, financial services, and healthcare.
- Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations that inform media planning, promotional strategy, channel optimization, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting findings to senior executives and guiding their marketing strategy based on data insights.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and consultants to deliver high-impact work while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay up to date on marketing analytics trends, technologies, and tools, driving continuous improvement in Accenture’s MMM offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media, brand, and digital teams, to integrate MMM insights into broader marketing performance strategies.
- Participate in Go-To-Market Activities to drive Accenture’s Marketing Data & AI revenue pipeline
QualificationBasic Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in advanced analytics, includi marketing mix modelling.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading project teams.
- Deep understanding of media (TV, digital, search, social, etc.) and promotional channels, with a strong grasp of marketing measurement principles.
- Prior experience in successfully participating in Go-To-Market activities and growing a business
Preferred Qualifications- Consulting experience or experience in a global marketing/analytics team.
- Familiarity with broader customer analytics techniques beyond MMM
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data environments.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
