Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in Workplace Technology Solutions.
Intermediate proficiency in General Data Protection Regulation.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Advanced proficiency in Cloud Computing.
Intermediate proficiency in Cybersecurity.
Expert proficiency in IT Service Management.
Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Project Management
Qualification
Responsible for the day to day operational management of the UKI Technology Support functions which provide Workstation Imaging, Application support, bespoke scripting and third line IT support for the workstation environment.
