As a Salesforce Business Architect you will: - Help the client understand the value of innovation to achieve their objectives and how to track KPIs
- Ideate with client on re-imagine the business process in the modern world landscape working with our architects
- Take the innovation and create capability map and build out a roadmap based on meeting strategic value goals
- Understand our clients’ needs and participate in selling our proposed solutions to our clients
- Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering, and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our clients
- Develop your Leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments

QualificationsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- You must have experience with build out value trees with clients, defining KPIs and helping projects create a clear mission statement
- Past experience with driving innovative thinking, that resulted in delivered value
- Through modern workshop techniques, get to valuable use cases for our clients
- Strategic thinking, not just on how technology can shape business value but on how re-imaging the workforce
- Experience in working with clients to understand their business and technology requirements through 1:1 meetings and workshops
- Understanding of how Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce can meet the business and IT needs with out-of-the-box platform features and declarative configuration
- Documenting the business architecture, solution design and requirements using personas, customer journeys and user stories
Set yourself apart: - Strong understanding of innovative offerings to drive business growth and scale
- Experience of working in a pre-sales cycle (high level estimates, RFPs, orals), especially with tight deadlines
- Owning client business and IT engagement, including facilitating workshops throughout all project phases
- Experience in supporting clients in making platform and solution decisions and obtaining solution signoff
