Sales Support Executive
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Customer Operations team.
This role sits within the Operations team umbrella and forms part of our Customer Operations team. They are the face of Funding Circle and work passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need.

The role
As a Sales Support Executive you’ll be working closely with Account Managers, to support our customers throughout the Funding Circle journey from application to payout. You will be required to work closely with internal teams to become an expert in internal processes so that you can provide great customer service to customers.
Coordinating with customers to obtain payout documentation needed to progress their application through the Funding Circle
Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the application through the funnel
Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent customer service is provided to the customer
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
Build excellent individual relationships with internal teams to become an expert in our internal processes
Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required
What we’re looking for
Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending
Flexible and prepared to try something different and adapt to change quickly
Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency
Competitive and results-oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with high attention to detail
Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
