Job title: Agile / Process improvement Coach

Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing: - Coach and develop the business in agile tools and techniques
- Review and develop Agile training modules and collateral
- Deliver targeted agile training sessions
- Analyse current data to highlight areas for process improvements within the IT delivery lifecycle
- Work closely with the delivery teams to agree action plan to delivery improvements
- Monitor and report on improvements
- Document any success stories into a Case Study for senior management communication
Your skills and experiences: Essential:
- Extensive experience in a large complex industry
- Agile expert and demonstrable coaching skills
- Experience of Agile Techniques and Training of those techniques
- Expertise within process improvement and validated with results driven outcomes
- Data analysis and data mining

The team: You will be working in a disparate team, however you will work closely with Delivery teams and Project Management Portfolios to achieve a common goal of improving our time to value.
