Our SAP Data practice brings together data strategy, governance, architecture, master data management, data quality, migration, integration and analytics to support S/4HANA and wider enterprise transformation. You will shape client agendas, lead complex programmes and develop innovative SAP-enabled data solutions from strategy and roadmap through to implementation and sustained value.
In our team you will:- Advise senior client stakeholders on enterprise data strategy, SAP data roadmaps, investment priorities and the business case for data-enabled transformation.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across data governance, architecture, master data, data quality, migration, integration and analytics throughout the SAP transformation lifecycle.
- Own the successful delivery of complex SAP data programmes, balancing scope, quality, commercial performance, risk and measurable client outcomes.
- Grow our SAP Data capability through proposition development, pre-sales, alliances, thought leadership, talent development and reusable delivery assets.
As an SAP Data Associate Director you will:Be a senior leader in our SAP Data practice, accountable for shaping and delivering data-led transformation for major clients. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business, data and technology leaders; define pragmatic strategies and target operating models; and mobilise teams to deliver sustainable outcomes. The role combines market-facing leadership, solution ownership, programme delivery, commercial management and people development, with broad expertise across SAP and non-SAP data capabilities.
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- Significant experience leading SAP data strategy and delivery within S/4HANA or wider enterprise transformation programmes, from initial opportunity and roadmap through design, build, migration, cutover and stabilisation.
- Broad knowledge of SAP data capabilities, including SAP MDG, S/4HANA master and transactional data, SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Information Steward, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and relevant integration patterns.
- Proven ability to define enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, data ownership and stewardship models, target operating models, data architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of master data management, data quality, data migration, data integration, metadata, reporting and analytics, with the ability to connect these disciplines into a coherent client solution.
- Experience leading large, distributed and multidisciplinary delivery teams, including onshore, nearshore, offshore, client and third-party resources.
- Strong commercial acumen, including shaping propositions, responding to bids and RFPs, estimating delivery, negotiating scope and managing programme financials, risks and quality.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate complex data and technology topics into clear business outcomes, decisions and investment priorities.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams, coaching practitioners and contributing to practice growth, thought leadership and capability development.
Set yourself apart:- Experience across multiple industries and SAP functional domains, with an understanding of how data enables end-to-end processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, asset management, sales, manufacturing and workforce solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data products, data mesh concepts, artificial intelligence and responsible approaches to using enterprise data for automation and insight.
- Experience with complementary data and MDM technologies such as Informatica, Collibra, Syniti, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent platforms.
- A strong external network, relevant certifications and a visible contribution to the SAP data community through industry perspectives, client innovation or alliance activity.
