We deliver scalable, business-critical and end-to-end data solutions for our clients - from data strategy/governance to Core Engineering, enabling them to transform and work in Cloud Technologies.
The Data Architecture Practice at Accenture’s mission is to define and own Data Architecture vision for our clients, providing architecture enablers for innovative data and AI capabilities driving multiplier value for the business. We design and architect modern data platforms and automate cloud data migration to help clients scale AI for digital core and explore new data driven business opportunities. As a Data Architecture Manager, you will:- Design and build enterprise Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Develop AI agents, conversational experiences, workflows and Generative AI solutions.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs and enterprise data.
- Implement RAG, AI Search, prompt engineering, connectors and orchestration patterns.
- Apply AI security, governance, responsible AI and performance best practices.
- Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, estimation, scope, risks, dependencies, quality and timelines.
- Lead and mentor AI engineers and development teams.
- Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery, technical governance and operational readiness.
- Support solution shaping, proposals and AI transformation initiatives
- Contribute to architectural thought leadership by sharing ideas on innovation, emerging technologies, and modern data and AI architecture patterns across client and internal forums
- Lead and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on architectural patterns, standards, and best practices while supporting their professional development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client architecture and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment between client objectives, architectural direction, and delivery outcomes.
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills: - Experience of software/technology experience with strong AI and Microsoft expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI/Microsoft Foundry and Generative AI.
- Experience with AI agents, RAG, Azure AI Search, APIs, Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Strong development experience with Python and/or .NET.
- Understanding of AI security, governance and responsible AI.
- Proven experience managing technical delivery and engineering teams.
- Strong Agile, project governance and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership capabilities.
- Relevant Microsoft AI/Power Platform certifications are desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
