We deliver scalable, business-critical and end-to-end data solutions for our clients - from data strategy/governance to Core Engineering, enabling them to transform and work in Cloud Technologies. The Data Architecture Practice at Accenture’s mission is to define and own Data Architecture vision for our clients, providing architecture enablers for innovative data and AI capabilities driving multiplier value for the business. In our team you will:- Work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects

As a Data Engineer (Associate Manager), you will:- Design and develop scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Build data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks and/or Synapse.
- Develop data processing solutions using SQL, Python and PySpark.
- Design and optimise data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses and data integration solutions.
- Apply data quality, governance, security and performance best practices.
- Lead data migration, modernisation and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Manage delivery including planning, estimation, scope, risks, dependencies, quality and timelines.
- Lead and mentor Data Engineers and technical teams.
- Collaborate with architects, clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery, technical governance and production readiness
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills: - Experience of data engineering experience with strong Microsoft data technology expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and/or Synapse.
- Strong SQL, Python and/or PySpark skills.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake/OneLake, data modelling and ETL/ELT.
- Understanding of data governance, security and enterprise data architecture.
- Proven experience managing technical delivery and engineering teams.
- Strong Agile, stakeholder-management and client-facing skills.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure/Fabric certifications are desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
