As a teamYou will join the Learning offering within Accenture's Talent Reinvention practice - a team at the intersection of consulting,AIand enterprise workforce transformation. We design and deliver AI skilling programmes, learning operating model transformations and intelligent platform implementations for CHROs, CLOs and business leaders who need to move fast.
We are not a traditional L&D function. We are a growth-oriented consulting practice, and we are looking for people who want to build something new - notmaintainsomething that already exists.
In this role you will- Contribute to end-to-end client engagements across learning and workforce transformation - supporting analysis, solution design, stakeholderengagementand delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Help design and deliver enterprise AI skilling programmes: building role-based learning journeys that develop genuine AI fluency across client workforces, not just awareness training.
- Support skills gap analysis and workforce capability assessments, using data to connect learning investment to business outcomes.
- Contribute to the design of enterprise skilling architectures: helping clients think through how content, platforms, skillsdataand AI fit together at scale.
- Work with modern AI-enabled learning technology ecosystems - gaining hands-on exposure to LXPs, skills intelligence platforms and AI learning tools.
- Support business development activity: contributing to proposals, clientpresentationsand opportunity development as part of a growing market presence.
- Collaborate withLearnVantageproduct teams, Udacity and Accenture's global learning network to deliver integrated solutions.
QualificationWe are looking for- A consulting mindset first: you approach problems analytically, communicate clearly, and are comfortable operating in ambiguous, client-facing environments.
- Some exposure to learning, workforce transformation,talentor HR consulting - whether through a consulting firm, an advisory role, or a technology company in this space.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical application to workforce capability: you have explored AI tools, followed the space, or ideally applied AI in a learning or talent context.
- An understanding of what modern enterprise learning looks like - you can articulate the difference between a programme that changes behaviour and one that drives completions.
- Strong communicationand analytical skills; comfortable building a structured argument and presenting to senior audiences.
- Energy and drive to contribute to business growth, not just client delivery.
Preferred experience- Experience applying AI,automationor emerging technology to learning, talent or workforce challenges - assessed through specific examples, not theoretical knowledge.
- Exposure to modern learning technology ecosystems, including AI-enabled learning platforms or LXPs.
- Backgroundin project-based delivery whetherfrom management consulting, HR/learning technology, ed-tech, or workforce transformation
