Marketing Operations Associate, YouTube Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing team.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills), and then apply to future programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and creatively problem solve.
  • Ability to develop and understand strategy and operations.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing teams and help prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize impact.
  • Adapt and optimize key global operational structures and processes to ensure the team works efficiently.
  • Set, track, and report the businesses key performance indicators.
  • Manage and track team’s resources (including ad hoc requests).
  • Partner with Finance to manage marketing budget across multiple strategies and markets, to ensure agility in resource management.
