Job title: IM&T Associate – (Business Relationship Management)

Salary: From £38,734 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- You will closely collaborate with the SSNA Programme and Information Management and Technology Product Groups to ensure the prioritisation and progression of IT Demand
- Gain an understanding of user needs and upcoming business challenges and with that, being able to provide appropriate feedback to IM&T stakeholders
- Assist in the development of the strategic ‘Programme’ requirements through roadmap development
- Assist in fostering a collaborative culture between the ‘Programme’ and Information Management and Technology function which supports knowledge transfer and increase awareness of the ‘Programme’ across the IM&T community
- Monitor KPIs (Business Value) and identify performance issues and improvements from a Programme perspective
- Identify service improvement opportunities and co-ordinate the ‘Programme’ and IM&T to achieve the improvement
- Provide support and input into the IM&T Communications Strategy
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills
- You will need to have the ability to build rapport with various levels of stakeholders
- Hold good experience of using various Microsoft Office software packages
- You will need to have a good IT service background
Desirable
- An understanding of ITIL Framework

The Programme Engagement Team
In this role, you will have the fantastic opportunity to partner with our Boat Programmes to increase the business value delivered by the IT organisation, its perception among our users, and help drive improvement back into the IM&T function. The team operates across the full IT lifecycle working with the business to identify and shape demand, delivering high quality input into investment planning, resource planning, demand management and delivery.
