Job Details:
We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in an opportunity focused on learning and professional development within a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal Department in day-to-day activities and administrative routines
- Assist in the drafting, review, and analysis of contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, notifications, and other legal documents
- Prepare reports and organize legal documentation
- Support internal legal consultations across different areas of law
- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings
- Liaise with external law firms and third-party partners
- Conduct legal, legislative, and jurisprudential research
- Assist with other activities related to the Legal Department as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law
- Availability for a full-time internship (6 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
- Intermediate English level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
