Julie Sweet, Accenture CEOJoin our dynamic B2B customer growth team as a Senior Designer. Here you'll play a critical role in conceptualizing and executing high-impact designs that communicate our clients' messages in a visually engaging and strategic way. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Consulting, Thought Leadership and Content Strategy to create cohesive brand experiences across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving the design process, from ideation to final delivery, while mentoring junior designers and helping to shape the overall creative direction.
What you'll do:- Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables across various mediums (digital, print, social media, presentations, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and design solutions that align with their goals and brand vision.
- Develop and maintain strong design systems and brand guidelines for client projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to best practices, brand consistency,
- and usability standards.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and team members, clearly articulating your design rationale and decisions.
- Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices in the B2B space.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and client requirements.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other team members to produce integrated and cohesive marketing materials.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes, tools, and workflows.
QualificationWhat we're looking for:- 5+ years of professional experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B design work across a variety of channels.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Turtl., Ceros, etc.).
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills, with the ability to design within business contexts and communicate complex ideas visually.
- Experience working with B2B brands or in a similar industry, with a clear understanding of business audiences and how to effectively engage them through design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive web designis a plus.
- A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with design trends and emerging technologies.
