As an Account Manager... We’re looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Manager with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency. Someone who is fundamentally passionate about client services and delivering best-in-class creative campaigns.
As an Account Manager you will be key to the successful, profitable, and efficient delivery of our creative output for a brand-new client. You will work to support the Account Directors in the day-to-day running of the account, supporting them in the development and delivery of a new Brand Platform and working with planning, creative, social and production teams to create impactful and category defining TTL campaigns. You will also be responsible for owning and leading your own projects within the account.

What You’ll Do... In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day account and project support-keeping teams aligned, ensuring smooth delivery, and helping manage resourcing and budgets.
- Prepare for internal and client meetings, capture notes, track actions, and support resource management to keep work moving forward.
- Work hand in hand with the project management team to support the creation of project plans, book creative resource, and help manage budgets.
- Act as the go-to contact across your projects: take client briefs, manage expectations, and organise internal kick-offs.
- Write and circulate briefs; brief Creative and Design teams; keep all departments informed and aligned.
- Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, maintaining client confidence and trust.
- Work with client third parties and partners to deliver campaigns where required.
QualificationWhat You’ll Need to Succeed...We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Project Scoping - a proven track record in scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isn’t included in the scope.
- An Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
- Strong Communication Skills - you’ll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - you’ll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen. You’ll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Positive Attitude - A ‘can-do / go-getter’ attitude and with an ability to make things happen.
- A quick, self-motivated learner - you’re genuinely interested in getting under the skin of clients’ businesses, audiences and challenges and the different tools we as an agency can bring to bear on these.
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise (and clearly communicate around) multiple tasks from different stakeholders
