What the role is all about…
Reporting into the SEO Lead, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for supporting colleagues in the delivery of resource planning, strategy setting, business planning and the execution of SEO projects and initiatives, in addition to being a point of contact and SEO champion for other functions and business areas to provide support and subject matter expertise.
The SEO Specialist will work across the team to contribute to the delivery of business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing…
- Carry out technical SEO tasks such as finding and fixing crawl errors, Core Web Vitals improvements, canonical issues, cannibalisation, redirect chains, etc…
- Partakes in the content production process, through keyword research and gap analysis, with an understanding of customer journeys to create helpful content with the in-house agency.
- Performs data analysis to glean actionable insights from Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more.
- Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
- Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programs to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.
- Supports senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using sales/client systems and protocols.
- Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan.
- Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
