- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Conversational AI or Contact Center AI domains.
Experience with distributed computing, Big data analytics, cloud computing, multi-tenant cloud, or AI.
- Experience delivering use case discovery workshops using design thinking methodologies.

In this role, you will be a solution specialist and strategist within our customer growth engine organization working with our customers on their AI strategy. You will collaborate closely with a team of Global and Regional AI Customer Engineers and AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Developer Leads to create, progress and convert pipeline by engaging in assigned strategic AI accounts and harvest insights, best practices and learnings to incorporate in the business and programs aimed at scaling the AI business.

- Collaborate with the Google Partner team, identify new partners and develop joint proposals and programs with partners.

Create, progress and convert pipeline in AI accounts via solution expertise proving solution and business value via GTM vehicles designed to drive commitments to adopt AI at scale and create the flywheel to scale best practices, learnings and deliverables with the field and communities.
Enable solution promoting expertise across field promoters and sales specialists by scaling solution promoting approach, engaging partners and product engineering.
