Job DescriptionAlliance Leader, UKI - Supply Chain & EngineeringLocation: UKCompetitive Salary + Package + Sales Activity Bonus (SAB)(Accenture will be recruiting at Associate Director Level) About the roleWe are looking for an exceptional Alliance Leader to own and grow our strategic partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland, with a primary focus on Siemens and a portfolio of complementary alliances in supply chain, Industry 4.0, and engineering.
This is a senior, high-visibility role. You will define how we go to market with our most important technology and channel partners, build relationships at the executive level, and directly influence revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You'll be a recognised leader within the alliance team, setting the standard for how we build and scale partnerships in this region.
What you'll doAlliance strategy & leadership- Own the UKI alliance strategy for supply chain, Industry 4.0, and engineering verticals - setting goals, defining joint value propositions, and holding partners accountable to mutual commitments
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for Siemens across the UKI region, managing the full breadth of the relationship from field co-selling through to executive alignment
- Identify, recruit, and onboard additional alliance partners that strengthen our position in industrial automation, digital manufacturing, and intelligent supply chain
Revenue & pipeline- Build and own a partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, with clear attribution and reporting into leadership
- Work side by side with the sales organisation to accelerate deals through alliance channels - providing partner context, co-selling motions, and deal support
- Meet and exceed SAB targets tied to partner-originated pipeline, joint wins, and ecosystem growth metrics
Cross-functional influence- Act as the internal champion for your partner ecosystem - aligning product, marketing, presales, and delivery teams around joint go-to-market plays
- Lead the development of joint solution offerings, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement programmes for the UKI market
- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and Siemens ecosystem activities across the region

QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- Proven track record in alliance management, partner development, or business development within a technology or industrial software environment
- Direct experience working with Siemens, or deep familiarity with the Siemens partner ecosystem (Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 domains - enough to hold credible, peer-level conversations with partners and customers
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence without authority across complex, matrixed organisations
- Experience working to sales incentive or quota-bearing targets in a partner-facing role
- Based in the UK, with the ability to travel across the UKI region and occasionally internationally
Set yourself apart:- Familiarity with adjacent industrial ecosystems (Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, PTC, Dassault Systems, or similar)
- Background in engineering, operational technology (OT), or industrial automation
- Experience managing or mentoring others in an alliance or partnerships function
