People Operations Administrator
We are looking for a People Operations Administrator in our People team.
The People Operations team is integral to optimising the Circler’s (what we call our employees) experience; managing all stages of their lifecycle at Funding Circle, ensuring their pay and benefits are correct, their data is up-to-date and accurate, and responding to their day-to-day queries. You will also get involved in supporting the wider People Team.
Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office.

The role
Be one of the faces of the People Operations team to the business by being a go-to person for answering Circler questions
Manage all stages of onboarding new Circlers; from liaising with Talent Acquisition, setting up an employee profile, working with IT to ensure a seamless pre-joining experience, collaborating with their first-day onboarding, participating in company inductions and supporting all new starters with their queries, either through answering them yourself, or signposting to someone in the team who can
Keep our employee files up to date and organised
Support with the compilation and completion of monthly payroll
Assist with our benefits administration and solving queries related to benefits
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HR systems
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
An organised, efficient, self-starter with attention to detail who is passionate about supporting Circlers throughout their lifecycle and getting involved in a wide array of HR related tasks
Experience working in an administration or coordination type role (whether in HR, Finance, Data etc.) and are highly organised with the ability to prioritise
Experience working with Google Sheets and/or Excel (we use G-Suite)
Comfortable using different systems such as HRISs (we use HiBob), Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite), Learning Management Software (LearnAmp) and G-Suite
Ability to follow processes thoroughly and precisely, ensuring a high degree of data accuracy and recognising how important data is to drive People-related decisions
Able to collaborate effectively, building partnerships outside of the People team with the IT, Finance, and Compliance teams and engaging with colleagues of all levels of seniority
Able to deliver friendly and professional communication; internally and externally
