Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:
We seek an experienced person to act as a Business Manager Reporting directly to the UK Procurement Director to facilitate the governance and drive the transformation of the UK Procurement & Supply Chain teams and wider Group Procurement teams, to ensure smooth running of the Function, through supporting on a range of responsibilities, while playing an essential role in delivering the International and UK Procurement Vision & Strategy.
This role is wide and varied – you will provide Procurement business services across the NatCo and arrange management and operational activities on behalf of the Director. You will also deliver special projects, such as developing and embedding new ways of working, new toolsets, team performance enhancement activities, resourcing, benchmarking and career/skills development.
This will suit someone who enjoys making business activities run smoothly, can challenge the status quo, likes to drive change and embed improvements through complex processes. This is a Group role, and international engagement is central to the role.
What we're looking for from you:
- You will be comfortable engaging and working with senior functional representatives.
- Support and drive the development and execution of the Procurement Strategy
- Lead the development of Procurement Culture
- Manage the People activities for (ISP) Procurement UK
- Manage key stakeholder management on behalf of ISP UK Director
- Aid the smooth and harmonised running of the directorate including performance
- Support UK Procurement S4/Hana (IMPACT)
