· A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, GIS/Geology or Engineering discipline or minimum 5 years of related experience.
· 4-6 years of leadership experience, preferably at the Supervisor or Analyst level.
· Exhibit high personal standards of commitment and integrity and demonstrate personal accountability for delivering performance excellence.
· Strong proven knowledge of electric distribution theory, construction, and operational design.
· Ability to accurately interpret maps, specification sheets, prints, schematics, diagrams, and instructional information to construct, maintain, and troubleshoot effectively.
· Demonstrated success in supervising and implementing change.
· Bottom-line oriented, budget-conscious, metric/measurement driven.
· Strong skills in negotiations, presentation, project management, team building, communication, and critical analysis.
· Possess knowledge and experience in clerical support, scheduling, operations, work coordination, and distribution design.
· Ability to assign, plan, schedule, coordinate and audit the daily activities of the Maps and Records personnel.
· Understand local labor agreements and geographical constraints.
· Display well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interface and communicate with people at all levels across organizational boundaries.
· Demonstrate proficient computer skills in SAP, STORMS, GIS, CSS, and MS Office applications.
· Supervise and monitor support activities during emergency storm activity and emergency response as required.
· Ability to travel as required to various locations throughout New England to supervise personnel. And throughout the entire service territory for meetings and conferences.
