The Opportunity: As a Manager in Cybersecurity, you willleveragediverse ideas and perspectives to deliver technical excellence at global scale andproviderelevant insights to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing cybersecurity engagements, building client relationships, and leading teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex security challenges.
Location - London, Manchester or Scotland Key Responsibilities
- Build andmaintainstrong client relationships andshapeclear security outcomes, milestones and measures aligned toregulatory obligations.
- Deliver security architecture work packages and produce HLD and LLD artefacts, data flows and threat models for enterprise and IT/OTconverged environments
- Create cloud security architecture forsitetocloudconnectivity,establishingsecure landing zones, segmented network connectivity,identityand secrets management.
- Analyse systems and networks and propose segmentation, secure accessmethodologyand reference designs that engineering teams can implement
- Enhance governance and compliance byaligningsolutions and controls tovarious frameworks and standards such asNIST800,ISO27001and NIS2.
- Foster a positive team environment by mentoring and coaching junior staff, conducting performance reviews, and contributing to their professional development.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and impactful presentations to potential clients.
- Contribute to recruiting,retaining, and training cybersecurity professionals, ensuring a high-performing team.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Experience incybersecurity with a strongtrack recordin security architecture delivery, including IT/OT convergence
- Advanced Visio skills and fluency with TOGAF or equivalent architecture methods.
- Working knowledge of NIST CSF, IEC 62443,NCSC CAF, EU NIS2,cloud andnetwork fundamentals
- Willingness to travelfor client delivery (domestic and international asrequired).
Ideally,You’llAlso Have
- Experiencesupportingsecuritytransformation programs and modernisation.
- Experience integrating SOC/MDR, SIEM/SOARandfamiliarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience designing remote and local access models including PAMand ZTNA with identity integration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud security stack including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender forCloudand secure connectivity on Azure
- Advanced certificationssuch asCISSP,TOGAFor SABSA, Cloud Security e.g.MicrosoftSC-100/AZ-500,CCNAor equivalent.
- Ability to obtain andmaintainUK Government security clearances.
