Salary: Circa £57,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:
A C2 sub-system is the heart and brains of the weapon system: it has to understand the threats to the protected assets, and plan and then manage engagements of those threats, in a complex and changing situation.
As the Sea Ceptor C2 Software Requirement Manager you will lead the development and maintenance of the software requirements across all of the Sea Ceptor Domestic and Export programmes. Day to day you'll be defining the software requirements, ensuring traceability of the requirements to the C2 Technical Requirement Specification, supporting system design activities and proving activities, and agreeing the Software Acceptance of the software products.
Working as the Maritime C2 Software Requirement Manager within the C2 domain in MBDA provides the opportunity to interact with all areas of the company, to see the full product development life-cycle and deliver real capability to the customers to protect their home nation for the future.
What we're looking for
- Requirements management experience and a good understanding of systems engineering
- Knowledge of DOORS (or similar tool for requirements management)
- Ideally degree level qualification (or equivalent experience)
