We are looking for an Interim Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department (10 FTE) and ensure our quality culture, performance, and systems meet the highest standards.
As part of the Management Team, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen processes, and contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.

DeRegt Cables (120 FTE) is a prominent name in the design and production of custom-made, specialist cable solutions used in oceans and seas. Our company has over 100 years of experience in technological innovation and production of various cable designs. These are used in many areas, including the renewable energy sector, defense, seismic exploration and scientific projects. Our customer base is very international and present all around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Department and oversee all QMS activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and support internal/external audits.
- Monitor production processes and supervise inspections.
- Support non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
- Support supplier qualification, feedback, and incoming inspections.
- Prepare quality reports and contribute to Management Reviews.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, procurement, and logistics.
- Represent Quality at MT level.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection methods, and calibration.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead a team, work cross-functionally, and contribute at MT level.
Preferred
- Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, PDCA, or statistical methods.
- Background in cable manufacturing, marine, offshore, or technical production.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, FMEA, or BCM.
- Experience with ERP/QMS systems.
- Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certification.
