- Partner with UX to run continuous discovery loops with real customers-design, test, learn, repeat.

- Data, ML & platform fluency: leverage ML concepts to build impactful features; partner on large‑scale data platforms to improve availability, performance, and security; define and instrument metrics that matter.
- Technical & operational excellence: understand how large systems interact; monitor uptime, SLOs, and latency; collaborate with engineering to balance speed with quality, scalability, and robustness.
- Commercial acumen & influence: know the commercial drivers and P&L levers; advise on market research techniques and future trends; influence senior stakeholders to land product, business, and tech OKRs.
