QualificationThe Role:As a result of our continued success, we are expanding our Programme Delivery function and currently have a vacancy for a Programme Manager, with experience of delivering change within Insurance and / or Life, Pensions, Investments businesses.
The Programme Manager is a key role within Altus, which is equivalent to a Principal Consultant grade. You will take responsibility for leading Altus’ largest Programme Delivery engagements, supporting other Altus Consultants and also Senior Associates leading Programmes on Altus’ behalf, ensuring that the client sees the value-add from Altus as a high-quality Consultancy, delivering exceptional outcomes. With a strong reputation and extensive professional network the Programme Manager will generate new client opportunities as well as own and grow existing accounts. Your experience in industry as a change delivery professional will enable you to contribute to the advancement of Altus Programme Delivery strategy and proposition. You will play a significant part in the ambitious 5-year strategy growth plans of the whole Altus Consulting and wider Accenture Financial Services Business.
Responsibilities:- Deliver client engagements
- Lead large scale programmes of change, collaborating with Altus Consultants and client change teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
- Support and oversee senior Altus Associates leading change programmes on Altus’ behalf to assure positive client outcomes and manage client stakeholder relationships.
- Draw from Altus’ APEX delivery framework to support delivery in conjunction with client-preferred methodology to deliver in a standardized and recognizably Altus-way.
- Business development
- Draw from own established and Altus’ existing network to generate new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships in the Altus name to build advocacy and potential business opportunities for the whole Altus business.
- Own, build and lead business proposals / RFPs / contracts and ultimately win business.
- Client and service management
- Take responsibility for the performance of Altus engagements with the client, executing service management processes to a high standard
- Foster and grow relationships, generating follow on sales and new business opportunities.
- Be the day-to-day escalation point on an engagement, protecting Altus interests whilst focusing on client outcomes and upholding the Altus reputation.
Requirements:- Proven experience of delivering large scale, complex change Programmes.
- FS Industry recognised change delivery professional.
- Passion for industry trends and thought leadership.
- Avid networker with a passion for building career-lasting relationships.
- A focus on outcomes and genuine drive and enthusiasm to make a difference on client’s behalf.
- 10+ years of experience, predominantly in FS.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels up to C-Suite
- Industry recognised qualifications eg Prince2, APM, MSP, SAFe.
- Prepared to travel when required to Client and Altus offices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to make a difference for Altus and Accenture.
