You will lead advisory engagements that shape clients’ commerce strategies, operating models, technology selections and commercial outcomes. The role builds on Accenture Song’s expertise across Commerce, Customer Technology, Marketing, Service and Design.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Strategy
Lead end‑to‑end advisory engagements across B2C and B2B, including commerce strategy, opportunity sizing, capability assessments and roadmap definition.
Advise clients on LLM‑native and agentic commerce trends, leveraging Song thought leadership.
Shape value propositions and commercial business cases that drive measurable growth and experience improvements.
Solution Leadership
Define future‑state commerce operating models covering content, trading, product management, data, and technology.
Collaborate with Customer Technology, Data & AI, and Experience teams to shape integrated solutions.
Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions aligned to platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, SAP and emerging AI‑driven architectures.
Delivery Oversight
Oversee multi‑workstream advisory and transformation engagements from inception through delivery.
Ensure quality, risk management and commercial performance in line with Song Delivery Excellence standards
Serve as senior escalation point for clients and internal delivery teams.
People & Leadership
Build, coach and develop high‑performing teams across Commerce and cross‑practice groups.
Contribute to talent planning and recruitment cycles as referenced in internal coordination emails.
Foster an inclusive culture aligned to Accenture Song values.
Business Development
Support sales and origination with proposal development, client workshops, and shaping of new opportunities.
Partner with leaders across Song to build repeatable offerings, assets and accelerators.
QualificationRequired Experience
Significant experience advising clients in digital commerce, including platform strategy, omnichannel experience, trading, or commerce transformation.
Proven ability to lead senior client conversations and shape C‑suite programmes.
Demonstrated experience in B2C and/or B2B commerce advisory environments.
Strong understanding of commerce technologies and AI‑driven commerce trends.
Experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
