Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy or management consulting.
- Experience in strategy and operations, or in business transformation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales, sales enablement, sales operations or a related field, with a tech platform, or a media agency with tech platform exposure.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in participant intelligence, participant selling or participant strategy.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Act as the knowledge holder for a key participant. Understand their proposition, monitor their actions, and land initiatives to seize business opportunities.
- Articulate the EMEA POV on global initiatives in participant selling. Lead and challenge while ensuring buy-in from EMEA LCS leadership.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Mastery, and Product, to achieve shared objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders across EMEA and globally.
