Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for our data transformation services and solutions across the Middle East. The ideal candidate brings a strongtrack recordin selling innovative technology solutions within Oil & Gas and Mining, especially first-to-market or niche digital products. This role requires a strong network within national and international operators in the Middle East, as well as deep industry knowledge to engage key stakeholders and drive adoption ofcutting-edgedata transformation solutions.
The role can be based in key Middle Eastern hubs such as UAE or Saudi Arabia, with frequent travelrequiredacross the region.

Key Responsibilities
Build andmaintainrelationships with key decision-makers in Oil & Gas and Mining national and international companies, including geoscientists, data managers, and IT leaders.
Proven success in selling niche, new tech services and solutions for subsurface data and digital transformation in Oil & Gas, Mining, or both.
Established network with Middle Eastern operators (NOCs, IOCs, national and international mining companies) and relationships across geoscience, exploration, data management, and digital transformation teams.
Strong understanding of the regional business culture, procurement cycles, and the importance of building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Knowledge of the Saudi Vision 2030 and its implications for the geoscience industry, including the promotion of renewable energy, the development of a sustainable mining industry, and the growth of the oil and gas sector.
In-depth knowledge of subsurface data, workflows, and standards (e.g., OSDU, data management).
Prior experience working in geoscience, mining geology, petroleum engineering, or data management roles is an advantage.
