As a Consultant in Marketing Advisory you will:- Engagewith marketing leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose for the function in driving business objectives and strategies
- Lead and project manage workstreams as part of larger client projects
- Develop project content to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and drive real marketing re-invention
- Guide clients through the complexities of Generative AI to identify and unlock opportunities that deliver genuine, bottom-line impact.
- Advise marketing leadership on how Generative AI and agentic technologies can strategically transform their function across people, processes and technology.
- Support business development activities including proposal development and delivery
- Build strong and trusted client relationships - building our business with existing clients and winning new clients
- Contribute to client projects to shape and co-create Capability Strategies, Operating Models, Transformational Roadmaps and Change Management programmes to drive organisational growth and performance improvement in teams to deliver tangible results
- Partner with other capability areas across Accenture to deliver end-to-end business transformation
- Assess organisation capability gapsin areas such as: Operating model, Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Strategy & Planning, Customer Engagement and Digital marketing
- Build strong internal networks and relationships, supporting our continued business growth agenda and contributing to our team spirit and unique companyculture
QualificationWho we’re looking for:As a Marketing Consultant you will leadproject workstreams, develop solutions, manage client communications and support business development initiatives. As a result, we’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years marketing experience in a blue-chip client role, marketing consultancy or agency
- Designing and leading the delivery of complex projects including product innovation and marketing campaign development and delivery within a multi-national organisation
- Experience acrossa breadth of marketingdisciplines including insight, strategy and planning,innovation, customer experience, e-commerce and social media marketing.
- A deep and practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies and their transformative impact on marketing. This must include
- Strategic experience advising clients on how this technology can reshape their marketing capabilities.
- Practical, hands-on experience in areas such as prompt engineering.
- The ability to make the complex simple; you can cut through the hype surrounding emerging technology to guide clients towards real-world, valuable solutions.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, partner and build relationships
- A natural curiosity and passion for marketing, with a deep understanding of industry trends and the strategic and practical impact of Generative AI, agentic technologies, and the broader marketing technology landscape.
- Experience in any of the following sectors: Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communication, Media, Entertainment and Technology
