We deliver scalable, business critical solutions for our clients in the Data Management and Governance team. Our end-to-end experience allows our Data practitioners to advise on Data management and Strategy, Modelling, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Privacy and compliance through to Data Mesh and Marketplace. Our technology and consulting expertise and breadth skills enables transformational change at any scale.
As a Data Quality Associate Manager, you will lead the implementation and optimisation of enterprise-grade data quality solutions. You will work closely with data governance, engineering, and business teams to define and enforce data quality standards, rules, and processes. You will be expected to design and architect enterprise data management solutions that address complex client challenges and deliver measurable business value. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring trusted data across the organisation, leveraging platforms such as Collibra, Informatica or similar.

As a Data Quality Associate Manager, you will need to:- Design and implement scalable data quality frameworks using tools like Collibra DQ or Informatica Data Quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality KPIs, rules, and remediation workflows
- Configure and maintain DQ rules, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor and report on data health
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data quality initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Integrate DQ solutions with metadata repositories and data governance platforms
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for data profiling, cleansing, and validation
- Explore and apply AI-driven techniques (e.g., GenAI) to enhance data quality automation and anomaly detection.
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills: - Strong expertise in Collibra, Informatica, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to configure DQ rules, workflows, and metadata models
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration tools
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques for data quality improvement is a plus.
Set yourself apart: - DAMA CDMP and DCAM accredited
- Outlining a vision, strategy and roadmap for data management well as developing the case for change to support that vision
- Defining and implementing reference data and metadata management, including next generation solutions and strategies, operating models, architecture and solution components
- Experience in either Data Quality tools (Informatica DQ) or Data Lineage (Collibra).
