Julie Sweet, Accenture CEOQualificationAs a team:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter to join our Insurance Technology team. This role is pivotal in driving successful billing transformation initiatives for our clients in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge in insurance billing processes, stakeholder engagement with hands-on experience in Guidewire BillingCenter implementations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business analysis activities for Guidewire BillingCenter transformation projects.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance billing processes.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
- Design functional solutions leveraging Guidewire BillingCenter capabilities and configuration options.
- Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle including testing, training, and change management.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to inform solution design.
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and billing domain standards.
Job Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Strong understanding of UK insurance billing lifecycle including invoicing, payments, collections, and adjustments.
- Experience in requirements elicitation techniques such as workshops, interviews, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of insurance billing lifecycle including invoicing, payments, collections, and adjustments.
- Experience in requirements elicitation techniques such as workshops, interviews, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in solution design using BPMN, UML, or Design Thinking methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
