The Role We are seeking a
strategic and visionary Product Leaderto spearhead engagements with our clients, developing and optimising product strategies, portfolios, and roadmaps in both digital and physical domains.
You will:
- Lead high-impact product management initiatives, driving value creation and transformation for clients.
- Guide cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Unlock new value by leading change beyond technology, appreciating and enabling broader organizational capabilities.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise to enhance product lifecycle management, customer-centricity, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and define opportunities that create tangible value, including current state assessments, efficiency improvements, and solution development.
- Drive the development and refinement of offerings and collateral to support/promote sales and origination (overviews, case studies, account planning, marketing information).
- Lead the sales process from origination to successful closing (including solution shaping, proposal preparation, client presentations).
- Build enduring, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision making and implement new ways of working.
- Provide thought leadership on key industry challenges and trends, presenting impetus for change.
- Lead high-performing teams and mentor junior staff through all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience - Extensive experience in product management within fast-paced environments, including management of other product owners or business analysts.
- Proven success in leading agile teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Strong collaborator and communicator, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in digital ecosystems, platform strategies, and connected product development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases aligned to value and drive operational change.
- Knowledge of digital/eCommerce/platforms, solution architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience leading multidisciplined, high-performance work teams and program management efforts.
Set Yourself Apart - Product Management experience in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace & Defence, Electronics & High Tech, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Goods & Services and Retail, Life Sciences, Health & Public Sector, Comms and Media.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Track record of managing and delivering projects successfully on time and on budget.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions.
- Professional experience in business development support, RFP response, and consulting services sales.
- Proven success in delivering connected product ecosystems or platform-based solutions.
