The Opportunity Accenture is looking to recruitcapital project & APM
practitionerswithin our Capital Projects and Infrastructure team & Intelligent Asset Management (APM) in the UK with experience of Capital Project & IAM capabilities including one or more of the following areas:
project controls, planning & estimating, BIM, change management, scope management, risk management, cost management, sustainable operations, DfMA and delivery optimisation, Asset Performance Management (APM). This role is focused on helping our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation whilst delivering greenfield and brownfield construction and engineering programmes. This includes working with colleagues across the Industry X practice to consider the full lifecycle of their assets. We digitize, optimize and transform our clients’ traditional ways of delivering throughout the lifecycle.
In this role you will: - Help clients target and deliver value through the digital transformation of their Capital Projects & Intelligent Asset Management activities.
- Help shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible value by designing future ways of working - operating models, business functions and processes, and technology, whilst working closely with business and technology strategists, process owners and domain experts.
- Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with people at all career levels, both professionally and personally, internally, and externally. This includes receiving and providing (based on experience) coaching and career development across the IX practice.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision making, implement new ways of working and change operational behaviours.
- Provide points of view on key industry challenges and trends and present an impetus for change in industry context.
- Support and lead (depending on scale of opportunity) the sales process from origination to successful closing (including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation, client presentations).
- Support client innovation workshops and use a human-centered approach to solve problems, frame opportunities and achieve innovation through collaboration and co-creation.
Job Qualifications The Person The successful candidate will have good knowledge in one or more core Capital Projects & Infrastructure industries (listed below), Manufacturing industries such as O&G, Mining, Utilities etc. They will apply digital technologies combined with people, process and data to implement improvement programmes / projects within our target industries.
Target industries are Asset- and Energy-intensive industries including:
- Energy, Utilities (water, power, nuclear), Chemicals
- Infrastructure and Networks including Road & Rail, Telecoms, Construction Services
Candidates should be willing to travel to domestic and international locations
Role & Responsibilities: - Must have an exposure to client facing roles for requirements gathering business analysis and delivery management.
- Must have a business experience on APM functionalities - criticality analysis, RCA, RCM, FMEA, Asset Strategy, Mechanical Integrity (RBI, Inspections, Thickness Monitoring), IOWs, HAZOP, SIS Management, KPIs, System Integrations.
- Must have hands on experience on APM architecture, APM functionalities and related system integrations.
- At least one end-to-end project execution of APM implementation and system integrations around it with SAP, Process historian and any other systems to cater to reliability & integrity functions
- Expert knowledge in building n-tier applications and their maintenance with good expertise in C#, ASP.Net, Vb.Net, MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, .Net Framework 3.5, web services,GE APM , Oracle 10g
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills clear understanding of business rules in GE-APM
We are looking for experience across a selection of the following skills - Experience in Working on GE-APM platform with version v4.3+. Extensive knowledge on technical areas of Meridium APM as below.
- Policy - Expertise in setup & optimize workflow, handle complex logic.
- Family Policy - Entity level validation & logic implemented using family policy taking care not to affect performance of tool.
- State Management - Help business to setup workflow by using the state management along with security scope.
- Dashboard, Widgets & Hyperlinks Design - Designing of custom dashboard, widgets & add hyperlink to provide easy navigation in to application.
- Data Loaders creation & execution - Created custom data loaders to insert, update & delete record, link family using relationship loader.
- Conditional Alerts - Hands-on experience of create & configure alerts to notify users based on respective work area scope.
- R Script - While working on policy implementation, developed R script programs to accommodate complex looping & conditional logic.
- Configuration (Family, field, Import/Export etc) - As a developer, create, edit entity family, fields & field behaviour, create, deploy packages using import export functionality.
Set yourself apart if you can demonstrate some of the areas below: - An engineering or science subject area or possess suitable experience in lieu of qualification.
- Strong, validated capability in successful project, programme or portfolio management of complex schemes, especially during their development phase.
- Developing the argument, solution architecture, and implementation roadmap for clients’ transformation journeys.
- Has worked in consulting team delivery and depending on experience team leading roles with a track record of managing and delivering projects successfully on time and on budget
- Has sales support experience with new clients or growing existing clients with experience in business development support, RFP response and consulting services sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of different types of business and operating models (existing, new, emerging and hybrid).
- Comprehensive design thinking and workshop facilitation experience
- Experiencing of large-scale delivery and organizational change management associated with it
- Good client contacts and industry network is highly desirable
